The housing and rental board needs a sticky topic

Hey guys,

It is of my opinion that the housing board would benefit from a sticky topic outlining some of the details that people looking for a place to live should include in their post.

Doing so will lead to more helpful posts, as many don't think to include certain information, such as:


- Price range
- What they need to live close to (School, skytrain)
- Pets
- Allergies
- Car status
- Special Needs
- Details about themselves

A lot of the boards could use some general rules and guidelines, this included.
