Hey everyone.

We recently found a two floor suite and would like to find some responsible/stable and clean furs to take the bottom two bedroom suite. Pets are allowed and there is no pet deposit needed. The laundry facility is downstairs and it IS shared.

It is going for 900/mo but the landlord will lower the price to 850/mo if we can get other friends to take the bottom.
(The top floor pays its own share and bottom floor pays its own as well. Only utilities will be shared between both the floors)

NO SMOKING INDOORS

The suite includes:

Two bedrooms (as stated above)
One Full Bathroom
Large Living room
Full Kitchen
Shared Laundry units
Large yard
Also, it is right on a bus route and near Gateway Skytrain!
