Looking for one quiet roommate.

I'm currently in a place in surrey, a short bus-ride away from Scott road station, at 12380 81a Ave.
Its a one bedroom with a fair sized livingroom. I know, that part there sounds terrible, but I'm only asking for 150 a month. I'm currently paying 465 a month for this place, plus the internet bill.

The reason I need a roommate, is that I was cut down to two days a week at my work, and I'm only just barely scraping by on paying my rent. I had a roommate here, but he's been unable to find work and is moving out sometime soon [his own choice, I didn't make him move, I was willing to let him stay longer].

I require my potential new roommate to be quiet at reasonable hours of the day [when its pitch black out, nighttime and all that] As the people I'm renting from live in the house and their father sleeps in a room adjacent to me, and he rather enjoys being able to sleep.

Part of why I'm asking so little is, the 'kitchen sink' is the bathroom sink, its annoying, but, hey. Cheap.
