Looking for roommates, King George area [RENTED]

Hey - we're looking for roommates in the King George area, within walking distance of the SkyTrain:

Two rooms available - larger room for $600, slightly smaller one for $500 (around Oct 1st.-ish), utilities and internet included.  Shared laundry (washer/dryer) and kitchen, shared bathroom for the smaller rooms (separate master bath), pet friendly (currently 3 cats, 2 birds, 2 rats - one cat is a 6 mo. old kitten, another was born feral and can be a bit aggressive if threatened).  Large back yard with a covered solarium area, parking out front.

We've hosted a few furmeets in the past and generally got a good response, though due to time constraints and other factors we're not in the position to continue that going forward.

Star and I are ovo-vegetarian; in practice as long as stuff is kept separate in the fridge, the kitchen is kept clean from cross-contamination, etc., we're perfectly fine with omnivorous roommates cooking meat, etc. :)

We're looking to move, ourselves, to a similar size place closer to Vancouver in the future, as well, and would have no problem bringing roommates with if they're interested.
