Calmcacil

I would just like to say that this is an old story i wrote, it was a different time, but its some of the starter story on my fursona, so dont think too much about it, disregarding all i said before this, ive gotten positive feedback on this.

He woke up on a river bank, his fur was wet and he was freezing his memory was blank, he got up and he shook himself dry, his body felt worn out and he was having trouble standing up straight so he decided he should try to get some rest.

Once he woke up his mind had cleared a bit he remembered his name and age. His body felt good, and his fur was all dried up, he couldn't figure out what has happened to his family and friends, when he looked around he saw lots of interesting things plants and animals he never remembered seeing. He decided he wanted to explore the world, maybe then find out what happened to his family and friends.

He was hungry so he started looking for something to eat, he found some banana's in a nearby tree, he didn't really like banana's but he didn't complain as he was extremely hungry, after eating he cleaned up his fur before starting to go wandering into the nearby forest.

As he wanders in the forest he is a bit nervous of the environment , he walks for hours without finding much, some traces that may show that people have been here before, but no clear evidence of civilization, it's starting to get dark and he's starting to get hungry the dark of the forest is starting to scare him a bit, but as he starts to give up hope of ever finding somewhere safe in the forest he notices a the smell of someone grilling some fish, he follows the scent and finds something that resembles a camp site, there's a large fire in the center where he there are some fishes being grilled on the campfire, without thinking he takes one of the fishes that looks like they are just about ready to be eaten, he totally lets down his guard because he feels completely safe now that he got warmth and food, he is totally unaware of the danger he just put himself in.

He hears something in the forest behind him, he turns only to see a dragoness approaching, and he gets lost in her eyes for a second. Suddenly she breathes a ball of fire against towards him, he barely dodges the intensity of the flame knocks him down for a second. He quickly gets up and starts to run away from her, he runs without looking back, he can hear the balls of fire impacting the ground behind him, suddenly he reaches a mountain, in the dark he doesn't see any means of escaping, he looks for the dragoness that has been following him, he can't see her, his heart is racing and he is panting. Suddenly the dragoness lands in front of him, he's cornered, his only chance of escaping is by leaping past her and making a run back into the dark forest, he decides that he has to give it a try, as he almost passes her a hard object hits him in chest, her tail, he has been knocked out.

Once he wake up he noticed he was in a cave, his heart was rushing, he felt fear running through his body, and his instincts were telling him to flee. He tried to move his body he felt a sharp pain in the left side, the dragoness had cracked his ribs. A mix of pain and fear rushed through his body as he noticed the dragoness coming towards him, every instinct in his body was telling him to run, get away, but his body wouldn't move, he was trapped.

Even though fear was running through his body he tried to talk with the dragoness, "Who are you?" said while breathing heavily, the dragoness looked up, startled by the sound of him speaking. She didn't answer for a long time, but finally a short and nearly whispered "Keeyra" comes from her lips. "Keeyra huh" he mumbles to himself. He liked the sound of her name, it kind of soothed him somehow, "What do you intend to do to me?" Her eyes fixated his while he waited for an answer. Again it took the dragoness a long time to reply, which consisted only of a shrug. "Nothing, I guess," she added a bit later. He was relieved that she didn't have any specific for what she was going to do to him, as he calmed down and took a good look at her studying her appearance, even though he found her strength intimidating he found her beauty rather arousing.

The next couple of days were quiet, he was pretty scared by her immense strength, the first couple of days he didn't even open his mouth because he was afraid that he would offend her causing her to change her mind on taking care of him, leaving him there to die. Her blow has harmed him more than he wanted to admit, although he did do a few attempts on communicating with but she seemed to reject him, pushing him away before he were to get close to her. He sensed that she was somehow hiding something, some dark secret, he couldn't put his finger on it but something was definitively wrong.

Two weeks had passed since he had been injured; he was finally able to move his body. He got up and walked outside of the cave, as he went outside the cave he felt watched, he hadn't seen the dragoness on that day, he thought that she had left him alone because he didn't need her help anymore, he felt sad that she had left without saying goodbye, he hadn't really expected her to tell him when she left. It was daylight he could smell the fresh air he had missed the smell of fresh air.
He could hear something in the distance, he felt a small rush of fear going through his body, "Did she change her mind?" he asked himself before he started running he couldn't keep it up for long, the sudden movement caused him intense pain, he fell to the ground in pain. The adrenaline in rushed through his body as he got up, he couldn't get away the dragoness landed in front of him, she didn't seem to surprised that he was walking around, his eyes were locked in her gaze, the fear just sort of just melted away, he could see it in her eyes, she wasn't a killer, she merely protected her food, and he deep in his eyes he could see sadness. He regretted having stolen her food, he knew what he had to do, and "Sorry I stole your food" he said. "It was wrong of me." The dragoness looked surprised, it didn't seem like she expected that, she turned away from him, he did the same. "My name is Calmcacil" he said.

He was curious of why the dragoness had tracked him down again ,because it didn't seem that she had any plans on harming him, curious as he was he asked, "Why do you live out here alone?" Her gaze hardened, as she looked at him. "You don't need to know," she replied, turning away from him, slowly walking back in the direction of the cave. After she had taken a few steps, she turned back to the cat and motioned him to follow. He did what he was told mostly out of curiosity but also because he didn't dare to oppose her, he had accepted the fact that she was indeed stronger than him. It didn't frighten him so much anymore, he felt safe around her, even if she seemed to reject him. He got the feeling she cared about him even if she was hiding it very well.

He followed the dragoness to the cave, she moved faster than him but he managed to keep her in vision, he could see that she had been living out in the wild for a while; her body had that "wild" kind of appearance. He liked what he saw; his desires told him that he had to grope her rear. He shook the thought out of his head; she had disappeared from his sight. He could still smell her. He followed her scent until he could see the cave up ahead. He walked straight into the cave, when he got inside the cave he noticed that the dragoness was trying to light the campfire, she was having problems with her flame; he couldn't help feeling guilty about it. "It's probably exhaustion from the chase; I don't think she's used to using her fire that much." She rushed past him, the air pressure created by her as she passed him almost knocked him over, she didn't look very happy about not being able to light the fire, it was kind of incontinent as winter was approaching and the temperature was getting lower.

The cat was freezing so he went as far into the cave as he could, he sat down and wrapped his fluffy tail around himself to keep himself warm, it was still a bit cold but he managed, in his head all he could think about was the poor dragoness that was outside in the cold, he wasn't sure if he were going to return to him. A few moments later he could hear a sound outside, he quickly turned his attention towards the cave entrance, he could barely see the dragoness standing there, and he was relieved that she had returned. "I'm in here he said." she looked at him, he wasn't sure if she could see him, "If you're cold you could come sit here with me, we could exchange body heat to keep ourselves warm throughout the night, my tail should help a bit." She slowly approached him without saying anything, he could clearly see that she was hesitating, she sat down next to him, "We'll get through this" he said as he moved closer to her, he could see that she wasn't too happy about him getting closer to her but she didn't push him away, "Don't worry I won't bite" he said as he wrapped his tail around the two of them.
