Apparently this is from a internal progress report for the game development. There's sort of a tiny spoiler (Shows character interaction without anything else), but it's mostly showing technical stuff done with the Frostbite engine.

I just wish it wasn't a year away. The only hesitation I have is it sounds like we might be  the evil invading force,  going up against the inhabitants of the Andromeda galaxy. It leaves very little room to be a paragon to everyone

Jokes aside, it looks more like recon and exploration.   Think more along the lines of the prime objective of StarTrek but with MassEffect universe, to explore and learn.
