Good day everyone!

I'm usually quite anxious about meeting new people and end up being kind of socially awkward for the first little bit, but I'm working on it, so here we go :D

I've always been a fur at heart, but never knew that's what it was until my great friends helped me realize it one day way back and everything made sense finally haha I love those guys.
I'm a wolf who loves going parkour, playing sports, going to the gym, running, playing catch, running, going for walks, running (I get teased a lot for my canine tendencies), making/playing/watching video games, drawing, writing and much more but I can't think at the moment :P

I'm currently enrolled at BCIT for Game Development (Bachelors degree) and in the fourth year of my schooling, which I will soon be completing (some time in April). Though I love making video games, I might actually be taking a different route in a couple years; I'm seriously considering and hoping to be an RCMP officer as I feel it may be a better fit for me career wise :police:

I'm always open to chatting and get togethers, and hope to be able to meet some new friends here; if you have any questions, ask away :3

oh! I almost forgot; my original Fursona name was Lucifer Fayte, but I prefer to go by Lex, Lexi, Lexa or just Fayte; a little more feminine sounding and closer to my real name :)

Anxious?

Socially awkward?

Welcome! ;P

Hello Lexa and welcome! You sound like an awesome person who has a lot going for them. Cool interests too, I approve  :thumbs:

I think it's awesome you want to become an RCMP Officer, I knew a few of them who were really nice. I myself would like to become an Infantry Soldier working for the CAF not too far from now. I'm working to prepare myself for 2017-2018 and following their fitness guide! Woot-woot for law enforcement! :D I'm sure you will find many friends along the way. I was really shy myself when I first started becoming involved. It's good to practice going out of your comfort zone, it will help make the future a lot easier <3 best of luck to you!
I am but a blade in the crowd.

I have seen what comes of those who raise themselves above others.

@Kithop
Thank you kindly for the warm welcome!

@Samurai
thanks :)

haha yes, it's definitely not easy to do things out of my comfort zone, but I'm pushing forward (I notice good things tend to happen when I do).

I'm sadly a couple years away from being able to apply though since I still need to get my Class 5 license, but I'm going to work hard in those years to prepare myself; going to a PARE workshop at RCMP headquarters tomorrow, really excited to see where I'm at physically and where I still need to improve (last chance before school starts up again).

CAF definitely sounds like it will hold a lot of great opportunities.
I'll have to check out their fitness guide and see how it differs from the RCMP one, maybe steal a few workout ideas :P
best of luck with the physical training and career path!
