Hiya!

For the last couple of years I have been learning off and on German, and as the title suggests, I would like to learn with a native speaker in person or via online. I have been mostly using Duolingo and Rosetta Stone and have a vocabulary of over 800 words. As far as the basics are concerned, I think I am doing fairly well.

I would love to find someone who I could talk to, preferably in person, so I can work on actual conversational skills. It's one thing to learn from software and another to actually speak and hear it. I think I am ready to take the next step. I live in Port Coquitlam, so if anyone lives close by and wants to hang out to chat please contact me :) I am also available to do the same thing but through the internet such as Skype.

Hope to hear from someone =^.^=

I wish I could help ya out, I too am gonna be learning German this year hopefully with Rosetta stone. Since most of my mother's family lives in Germany. I would suggest maybe finding a German speaking chat group on yahoo or any other source for online chat.. Would be a great way to use your skills. would be cheaper than phoning some random person in Germany and shooting the shite
