Help me find my fursuit maker and get my fursuit back. (Move this thread plz)

Hi.
I'm going to keep this concise as possible. There is not much story to tell.
November 2013 - Commissioned the fursuit from Kai Wolf Drummond (her real name) or Kai. She is registered on this forum.
Her FA - www.furaffinity.net/user/Kai. (with a period)
March 2014 (VF14) - first payment. + deposit
May 2014 - second payment
June 2014 - third payment.
November 2014 - DEADLINE #1 - not met, only Paws and Head are barely finished.
March 2015 (VF15) - DEADLINE #2 - not met, Head is barely finished, bodysuit is ok, tail is wobbly, and needs fixes. Lower paws are NOT done (I wore crocs in my fursuit, nobody noticed  ;) )
June 2015 (NorthWest Fan Fest) - DEADLINE #3 not met, Suit is done, HOWEVER needs lots of fixes, better tail and overall corrections
July 2015 - I give my suit back to maker for her to finish working on it.
August 2015 - She moves to Alberta without telling me with my suit
November 2015 (Howl15) - DEADLINE # 4 - not met. She apologized and said it's going to be ready by New Year. Refuses from giving a refund and a suit.
New year 2015-2016 - DEADLINE # 5 - not met. No responces.
March 2016 - DEADLINE # 6 - not met. She is gone. No e-mails. No responses.

HELP ME FIND Kai Wolf Drummond. She is not responding and not sending me anything.
If anyone has information, I need it. This is seriously ridiculous.
