I'd suggest seeing a psychiatric professional if you're going to harm yourself physically. It's very likely nobody here is qualified to give you any substantial help. No, Shiro! D: Come on. You're better than that, stronger than that. I really want you to go seek professional help. NO one in their right mind here is going to help you do this to yourself. It's bad for you. Nothing in this world is worth hurting yourself over.
