European fur visiting

Hiya fuzzballs! Pleased to meet you!

I'm Ethan Staghorn the white-tailed deer and I am new to this forum. I'm currently living in Sweden, but in 2000–2001 I did exchange studies at UBC, and fell in love with your gorgeous city! <33

Last time I visited Vancouver and my Canadian friends was in 2007. That was also the first time I met real live furries, at a vfur-meet.

The exciting news is that I'm coming back again on Wednesday this week! I will probably stay in town until the 27th or so, after which I'll leave for the Burning Man festival in Nevada. Are there any Vancouver furmeets or other events during this time? Otherwise perhaps we could arrange one? I'd love to meet some furries while I'm in town!

I'll likely be bringing my fursuit Jake, although I haven't fully decided yet. Know of any "suitable" events? (Ha ha ;))

I had no idea the doghouse was that popular. It's going to be my first time in a furry house. I'm stoked!

As Torwin suggested, you should be able to catch Jake and me at the doghouse. I'd love to hang out, go out in fursuit, or just do stuff with fellow furries. :)

If your going to be around till the 27th, then a little gathering sounds like a great idea. You could host one in the meetups topic. I'm not at the doghouse much but if I'm not too busy next week, I could stop by and maybe see you around. Welcome to this wonderful city and I'm happy to know you love it so much ^^

just jumped online, love to meet for coffee. I don't know of any furmeets happening while your intown. But just drop me a line if you would like to meet. Always nice to meet new furries.

I'm at the Doghouse now, but I'll only be here until sometime Sunday. I'll be staying with a non-fur friend in town after that until I leave for the US, which will likely be before the 27th. So there won't be time to host a gathering. :(

basically just said, ive been so busy with my new job last 3 weeks. hardly been online so i nealry missed your message, but if you still would like to meet and greet over coffee or something, im happy too, ill be free until 1030pm today when i go to work.

Hey Lunar! Nice to hear from ya! :)

I'd love to meet up for coffee or hot chocolate! Unfortunately, I was busy yesterday, and will be busy with Burning Man preparations today as well. I'll likely be available on Tuesday and Wednesday, if that would work for you. I'll get back to you when I know more!

Oh, and I bought the phone in Hoboken, NJ, two months ago, which should explain the area code. ;)
