i am currently in need of parts for my van`s steering box.

there was someone at the last howl-o-ween that showed me photos of a few vans like mine in their area, if this is you, please msg. me a.s.a.p. with a phone number or name of that place, be a very big help.

and if anyone else spots one of these in their area, do msg. me as to where and a contact name or number of the place/person.

my van is a 1964 ford econoline, most parts from the 61-67 econolines are interchangeable, so a line on any of these years be very useful.

i thank anyone in advance for their help in this :) (for i do have a very poor memory).

This may sound silly.   But have you asked any of your local junkyards? or checked online?
being that its a 64 it wont be as readally available as something newer, but im sure you can find something ^.=.^
Good luck though!

Ok so been doing some digging, Is your van Armstrong or powerstearing?
but i have found a few things here...

If your not on a Forum already this will probably be a good start.
How mechanically inclined are you? can you do your own work on the van? are your comfortable doing it? if so...

not much there for the steering box but unsure what it is exactly that you are needing.
ALSO! im sure there is probably an "Antique Car Club" in your area, there always is.  if so, track them down and ask.  those guys have all the "Ins" on part locations!
