I have completed most of the Traboulay trail last night:

A small, satisfying experience:

Coquitlam river at the beginning was quite tame when I had started. After the few hours of light rain cooling my return, the river became relatively loud and fierce. Maybe it is the light rain multiplied by all the mountains and having made its way down after a period of time.

A rewarding journey, but night-roams do require more energy. A once and awhile treat deserved to raise my spirits and round off a little bit of laziness in spare time recently.

If anyone is feeling adventurous to do some winterly hikes - the capable tiger enjoys a challenge when he can and they surely are both mental and physical workouts.

I suppose the weight part: I've lost a pound this week, now at 155 which I am happy with the results. I have lost a lot in the past two years, hiking and a physically demanding job help - Eating well helps most, cutting out bad things and replacing them with goods such as fish, sandwiches of various types even in generous proportions both help keep me satisfied and better fuel my activities. I adjust them depending on what I do and keep my meals smaller, and more often (big meals often don't make me feel "full" so I don't know how much I should eat..and are a lot for my body to process at once, so why not take only what I need when I need it?).

Tigerface.
