Needing a roomate for July 1st.

Hey Gang,

My good friend and roommate Shogin has decided to move back to Manitoba to be
with family and friends, and I'm posting for I will be in need of a roommate for
July 1st. here's the basic info:

2 bedroom basement suite of a duplex. Per roommate = Rent:$460 + Hydro(Bi
monthly) and internet ($25)
Located in North Burnaby 5508 Georgia street. It's clean and in a nice part of
town, there's a bus stop across the street and a several minute walk to Holdem
Skytrain Station. My only request for interested applicants is to have a stable
