Looking for a new place

I'm looking for a new place to move to, preferably for July 1st.   
I can afford about $500 a month for rent, although paying less
would be better.  Good transit service is essential. 
I'm a 48 y/o male.  I'm quiet, relaxed, a non-smoker, and spend
most of my spare time using my computer.

If you aren't already, I suggest hitting up kijiji and craigslist everyday. Look to room with someone else at that rate.
I found my place through it, and I say, stick to the ones with good adds, descriptive so you don't have to ask them 50 questions before you get an idea of the place. A good add can also tell you a lot about the kind of person writing them  :-3
