anyone have any older pentium 4 or newer desktops or laptops to donate?

i'm in dire need of an upgrade, my laptop is a single core celeron 1.86, and it can barely run the internet without crapping itself, if you have an older desktop or laptop you can donate, or possibly trade, though all i have to offer to trade is a USB video capture device

anything is appreciated, even spare parts that are still good and usable, pickups will need to be arranged when i have extra money for transit, dropoffs are always good too

It is too bad you did not post this last week. :/ I did have one such computer available, however now my father has donated it to the Japanese recycling company for scrap metal.

It was in fine working condition. Built in 2006, all it needed was a hard drive wipe.

If it has come last March and you still don't have a machine, look me up.  I have a few boxes of laptop  parts, and can look into breathing new life into that machine you have.  I have a number of CPUs and RAM chips, and 7 years experience in Windows performance tuning.

weeell.. I have this old Dell D280 circa 2005 kicking around somewhere..
it could use a hard-drive wipe, a little bit of tweaking and probably a good ol' dust-busting but other than that, it runs fine.
Only have the box, though. No monitor or anything.
