Hey everyone.

The downstairs 2 bedroom suite of the house we are renting should become available again April 1st and we would like to find some responsible/stable and clean furs to take it. Pets are allowed and there is no pet deposit needed. The laundry facility is downstairs and it IS shared.

It is going for 900/mo. The top floor pays its own share and bottom floor pays its own as well, only utilities will be shared between both the floors.

NO SMOKING INDOORS

Two bedrooms (as stated above)
One Full Bathroom
Large Living room
Full Kitchen
Shared Laundry units
Large yard
Also, it is right on a bus route and near Gateway Skytrain!
