I'm looking for a clean, responsible roommate to move in March 1st.

This is a 2-storey townhouse in downtown New Westminster, just up the hill from New West Skytrain station.

Rent is $800/mo + Utilities.

• 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher
• Washer/Dryer
• 5 min walk to Skytrain
• Private Indoor Parking space is available if you have a car.

I cook a lot, so you have to be okay with the smell of food.

I might be interested! I only have 2 concerns off the bat (may have more after discussion, obviously)

1. I'm getting kicked out of student housing before April 1st. The 25th at noon is the deadline for getting kicked out. I know it's not an ideal time (trust me, this sucks for me) but maybe we could work something out.

2. There's a whopping 15 year age difference between us. Now, I have friends that are older, I don't have a big issue with it, but you may.
