Mmm The Peanut Tofu looks good. Inspires me to make a similar dish, I'll try it out.

I love Lasagna :gay: A friend made me a great Lasagna, all in a dish with raw noodles, made the whole process a lot simpler. Haven't tried to repeat. Thinking about it now, I might be able to do the process in a pan. ???

It Shall Be Done!
FOR SCIENCE!

Yeah. Most of my meals have been snacky foods. Healthy snacks though. Shoulda took a picture of my meal last night.

Half dozen of chicken legs. Lathered them up in Tom Yum Soup Base, Horseradish Mayo, and some Wasabi flavored Soya Sauce. Cut up a carrot and a jalapeno pepper. Wrapped it all in a bundle with tin foil, with the veges on top. Then wrapped up a couple 'tatoes in tin foil. Threw it all on a baking sheet. 450, for an hour. Pretty prime and so little clean up.

Tonight I'm probably eating a Kilogram of Beef Ravioli, $2 from Dollarama, and a bottle of hot sauce.

That's awesome!

I was craving Salmon Donburi all morning.

:birdy:

Last night, had Beef Liver, with mushrooms and carrots baked on top. A heap of Sweet Potatoe, Yam, and Russet fries.

I thought Yam and Sweet Potatoes where the same thing. They're labeled in two different boxes, though :S

The liver just turned out like liver. Trying to figure out a way to flavor and juice it up. It just turns out dryish and doesn't seem to take on much outside flavor. The mushrooms and carrot sucked up a lot of juice and was really good.

Going to try make Imitation Crab (Pollock) tempura, tonight.

Buddy: Try a bag of frozen veges (carrots, peas, corn) and throw that in your Helper. Cheap, Easy, Healthy, Delicious.
