I have a new job, and schedule, lots of time to work on art and pysical activity too. Thought id see who may be interested.
I love to run, bike, and i know alot about weighs too. Ill be doing short run/jogs per week to help me get back into shape, then need to help increase my endurance for long distances.
Once im back to speed, ill be doing long jogs, nothing too complex stuff like seawall, or park trails ect. Thought it would be a great idea to do something like that on a regular basis. Thought id see who is interested.
Hmm, seems like an idea I may try sometime. I'm more used to hiking and climbing personally, but would try biking with you sometime.
I'm totally up for the idea as well. I'm just hoping that either I can get my bike fixxed or get a new one, I'd love to join you and azlan for a bike ride. And, a hike sounds like a fun thing to do. Ahahahh, we'll see then I guess.
