Hey everyone!
So Duster, Steam and I are looking for places in Surrey area and we might have found a five bedroom.
Originally there were going to be five of us. Then one flaked and threw their hands up and went off to Calgary instead. And another is in between deciding to move in with us or not - he was originally one of the first that I was going to room with.
So at a loss of roomies, we have, well, room hah. We are yes, still looking for a place. And hopefully have found one. It has 5 large rooms (which is nice.)
But we are still looking for places. The rent at the place we are hoping to get is $1600. Not including utilities.
There are a few needs that need to be met, as anyone would need with roomies of course.
We are eco-friendly and are hoping to switch bulbs over gradually to LED if we can. No lights on in rooms you don't use, etc.
I am vegan, but don't mind cooking meat for others. Just show me the same respect :3
I do have personal limitations for physical mobility so I do need help with some chores. Things that require a lot of bending or repetitive motion or weight lifting are things I need help with.
I will be getting my Medical Marijuana license for my pain once I move and will be smoking outside, so please be aware of that. Hopefully it will help my mobility and help me work through the pain of doing my own chores.
I am very clean and like to keep a cleaning schedule for the house.
We do plan on having furmeets and private get-togethers every once in a while.
I have two cats, and my two birds might be coming with me. So those with allergies be aware. They are strictly indoor and very loving.
We are looking for a roommate that can work together with everyone.
We are going to hopefully land a place this week. The waiting for approval has been the hard part.

fyi if you did not know. Health Canada shut down the medical licence program and is no longer giving out licences. I am part of a coalition that is in fact taking Health Canada to the supreme court over this. So if you haven't had a licence before September 2013 You will not be getting one. Unless we win our federal lawsuit.
