I'm still looking to find someone who's interested in renting my second bedroom. I'm in an 800 sq. ft. apartment on the top (6th) floor of a building just on the Coquitlam side of North Road, near Lougheed Mall. It's fully-furnished, except for the room I'm renting, which has a queen-sized bed. This can go away if you have your own. The place has a great view, a huge balcony with picnic table, and the building is made of concrete, so it's quiet. $550/month, including internet, electricity, heat/hot water. Underground parking is available for $25/month extra. The building is no dogs or cats, but small pets are typically alright (I've got a small aquarium). I love to cook, so the kitchen is well-appointed with just about anything you could need.
I'm a gay (Homoflexible) professional who has lots of non-furry friends and family who occasionally come by, so I'm looking for someone who can coexist without squicking out the non-furs in my life. Doesn't mean you have to be closeted (I'm open about my furryness to my close RL friends) but it's just one of many facets of my life. I take pride in keeping a clean, well-maintained apartment, so someone who can respect that would be very welcome.
This is an ideal situation for a university/college/graduate student, as you'd be coming into a nicely-furnished place with a pretty quiet roommate who's been there himself.
