My other roommate went to go live with his girlfriend, we aren't stuck for rent but he'd like for someone to take his room asap (he has seriously only been at home for about 2 minutes the ENTIRE last month).
I have 4 snakes, I'm into bicycles, drawing, comic books and I work full time. My roommate is genderqueer, quiet and respectful as I am, he also works. Neither of us watch loud tv/videogames, we're quiet after 11pm (usually always quiet), neither of us hog the bathroom, we clean up after ourselves & each other as is practical. It isn't a party house, if you need a lot of space in the middle of Vancouver and like quiet homes, then this is it.

quiet at home, but not mousy. Mostly I just like to sleep through the night when I work the next day, but I can probably out drink you and often come home late on the weekends. I mean, it's quiet compared to the place I once lived that had loud video games until 3am or the place with children running around and crying during the day. Oh, uh, I guess my roommate has loud sex every once in a while, so it's not like a library or anything here...
At any rate, if you live close and like beer we should at least hang out. I am VERY enthusiastic about beer. Schadenfreude is back in production, it's the best pumpkin beer in the lower mainland.

Ive yet to find a Canadian who can outdrink me XD likes me scotch n beer all to much. and yes sounds like a plan. can u PM me your exact location so i can check it out on the maps then if you are as close as i think will arrange a pint or two with ya. shit for pubs around hre ive so far found the grate bear and storm crow to be the closest but a drink in is always good xd
