A room has come available in my humble home in East Van for July!
$565/month for one bedroom in a four bedroom home, includes all utilities, home phone, and high-speed internet (there is also cable but no one uses it). We have in suite laundry, a large bright living room and kitchen space, and a decent sized yard. We are about a 10 min walk from the Joyce Collingwood skytrain station, there is decent street parking for a vehicle, and we have easy access to a number of great cycling routes. very nice, quiet neighbourhood.
You would be living with myself and two other housemates. We are all visual artists, DJs, martial artists, musicians, home brewers and generally creatively minded people. The place is very open and welcoming, and my housemates are furry friendly.
We are all in our mid twenties to mid thirties, and are looking for a mature, chill, open minded individual to move in hopefully long term (min six months), though exceptions can be made for the right person.
