This post isn't for me, it's for my fiancé Felix. He's looking for a place to move into and doesn't know where else to look so I've decided to post for him on his behalf. ^3^
Most he can pay for rent + utilities is 450
Pet friendly is kind of a must, we have 2 cats (females; will mostly stay in the room since they are very shy) and 1 mouse (male; very friendly) and sea monkeys ^0^ (but he will be the only one moving in, I'll just be visiting often)
He's very quiet and stays to himself, he's a gamer with just his xbox 360 and laptop
He won't invade anybody's personal privacy and will ask before touching anything that doesn't belong to him
