Don't be nervous we are friendly people. Best way to meet people is at meets like bowling or sushi that are held on a regular basis. Vancoufur is coming up pretty soon and I'm sure you will meet lots of people there.

Thanks, they seem fun although I don't think I'll be making it to any events or meet ups any time soon since I don't have transportation

Never watched it actually. Haven't had cables in years. I usually just watch movies and some older shows now that I have netflix.
