Two people were fatally shot in a targeted hit at the hotel.
I saw that!! All I could think was "wow, that's where the fur cons are held!"
Wait, was that the same place that some guy took a woman hostage in recently? or am I thinking of a different one?

The unfortunate part of the gang scene in big city's, really I wouldn't be overly concerned just cause it was "our" hotel, as this stuff can sadly happen anywhere. It just so happened to be at the hotel we like to use for events.

Agreed - I'm not concerned for our safety, just kind of shocked.
I wonder what they did to piss someone a specific person off. I wish I knew the back story of these two brothers. GOOGLE TIME!
Shit...It's unfortunate that such events happen...I hear of gun crimes happening on the news almost at least once a week, and having said that, I can't believe that something like this could happen so close to where I've, or we've been.

Yeah true however it still makes you o.o at the fact that people died there relatively recently after being at the same location.
I honestly don't care, good riddance to gangland scum.
