Have you tried looking at some of the amazing web resources?

Here are two that most people have used or referenced: http://www.matrices.net/fursuiting.asp (http://www.matrices.net/fursuiting.asp) and http://fursuit.livejournal.com/ (http://fursuit.livejournal.com/)

No Problem!!

When I made my first fursuit head, I found that getting all the info I could find and then just diving in worked for me. This was my results: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2650105/ (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2650105/) I used the plastic canvas method. I recommend using the foam bucket style or carving a block of foam to size or any other substructure you can think of. The plastic canvas style due to the plastic canvas itself isn't very solid. The plastic canvas bends out of shape easily and does not reshape itself very well without help.

But don't let that discourage you from trying any method you wish to choose! Pick what works for you! Just for the love of god don't use paper for the eyes!!!!!!!
