Alright, I keep hearing about VanCon--and found out it was a thing on the day of this year, through the tumblr SPN fandom--and it sounds awesome but I can't for the life of me find *any* information on it. Google brings up a page from 2010 and a pop culture con in Vancouver WA. Is the latter the right one and I just misread the location the first time I heard about it? If not, does anyone have a link to a website or the like? D:
I have no idea about VanCon and I took a look at it. First link on Google brings me this:

Are you talking about VCon? or maybe Vancouver Mega ComiCon?

I don't think so? Just Googled VCon and it hasn't started yet; the one I'm looking for happened in late August this year. Same goes for the Comic-Con (though I didn't know that one was here; SO going this year if I can xD).

It must be this one; I know the focus was rather heavy on Supernatural in the tumblr posts. And I've seen the info for it before but couldn't find any sort of more detailed info page. :/
Some digging through the company's site turns up pretty much what I was looking for, though. Thanks guys! Cx
No worries - I'm just surprised that there's, coincidentally, another Vancouver that exists for our American neighbours. ;D

George Vancouver was a well travelled man :-)
Adding that I got in contact with one of the people I originally saw liveblogging and she confirmed that it's the Creation Entertainment con I'm looking for. Thanks for the help, everyone. Cx

Incidentally, I'm from the States originally and people down in the Oregon/Washington area tend to view Vancouver WA as the 'main' Vancouver. Comes from living in the area, I suppose. Cx (And I'm sure it happens everywhere... like Portland OR as opposed to Portland ME--Maine. And Surrey BC/the county of Surrey in the UK. So many duplicate names!)

Nope, I was at VancouFur this year (and am going again next time). It's definitely not that one. Cx
I went to VanCon this year. It's a convention for the tv show Supernatural, you get to meet the actors, etc.
It's pu ton by Creation Entertainment. and Also goes by the name of "Salute to Supernatural".

And now that I read through all the posts I've found that you already got the info you needed, so never mind me.
