Hey furries, I need help. My roommate is done school, she's moving out and I need a new roommate. I live near Main & 41st in Vancouver.
She had two rooms at a cost of $725 + 1/4th utilities. I'd prefer a similar set up, but I'm getting desperate enough to consider two roommates - I rent a 3 bedroom ground level space in a house. The two rooms would go for $460 & $445
washer & dryer in, free wifi, full kitchen, large living room, small caged animals negotiable (I have 4 snakes).
This house is quiet and I'd like to keep it as such, I *love* being able to sleep through the night. I'm laid back, moderately clean, work full time, and would prefer people in their late 20's or 30's.

Rawr!~ Sounds like my type of ad! I'm in need of searchingn for a new place since the ROE(I'm on disability, but worrk part time, But frequently out most of the day, just to meet room mate needs) Ia bit of the crap trap and its just roomed with sketch bags I tend to not be comfortable moving any rest of my stuff in from what I had in storage! If you wanna know more of my situation, I'll be glad to mention it, but from what I can tell you now.. I hate this place I have haha!
It's hard to be horribly neat and organized, when crazies pop there head in and make a mess of your apartment!!.. arrgh!
