theres nothing really like that, anywere. You should go to a bet store or a sex shop to get leashes and collars
and ears i guess you could go to a costume store. Most furrys get tails and ears from makers online. Or locals around the area that make them
Yeah, as KAro said, there really arent any stores that sell it specifically. Deadly Couture, downtown Van, has some generic tails on their shelves, but if you are wanting anything specific, i'd say hit up the artist section of these forums and an one of the locals to make you something. (most likely on commission.) Then you can get what you want, and be able to get it locally. :3
Years ago. I found a good THICK poly collar at Wallmart. And a nice heavy metal leash at SuperStore. There stock has changed alot so I don't think they'd have them anymore. When I'm in the area I'll check it out again.
I've never seen a shop that sells any good animal costumes.
I think Spencers in Lougheed Mall has some animal hats, and Lids, I think it's called, in Metropolis has some too but if your going to Metropolis there's a couple vendors that have animal hats. Going to Gastown some of the shops along the strip have animal hats.

Adding on (though this might be a little belated), there's a store called Molly And Me in New West that makes these really awesome fake fur cat-type hats. :U I think they're on East 10th.
