Hello everybody!
My name is J.R. (Jay-are) It's my name and my fursona. So I guess I'll open by talking about where I find myself on the furry spectrum. I've always felt drawn to bears. Particularly the Kermode (or spirit) bear. I frequently dream of myself as an antro-bear. I once got an opportunity to meet (almost) face to face with a Kermode while camping in the Great Bear Rainforest. While I don't believe in the supernatural, I have never felt a more exhilarating, life-affirming or "spiritual" moment in my life. I appreciate Anthro Art and have a great deal of respect for you artists on here *props and bear hugs to you now* I'm not really into fur-suits for myself, but if someone else really likes them I'm more then happy to cuddle. I'm in the closet about my furry nature to everyone (well I'm pretty sure my parents know :P) and I'm going to keep it that way. That being said, in private I'm very open, cuddly and affectionate. I've never really mingled with other furs and I'm really excited about meeting you guys. So my fursona is a large, heavyset, blonde Kermode Bear. Usually sporting a pair of jeans and a t-shirt or hoody.
So I'm super friendly and really like to meet new people. I'm into alot of things. To start with I like all things nerdy, fantasy, sci-fi. I'm a games nut; board, video, card, pen and paper rpg. I love to cook, and will prepare food for anyone that appreciates my cooking. I love things with actors too; Movies, tv, plays, improve. I have an awesome sense of humor and can laugh at just about anything so i love comedy, particularly stand up shows. I love Diner theater because it combines actors and food :P I'm also a really outdoorsy guy. I love to camp and hike and go for wilderness walks. I'm a tech geek too, I love gadgets and toys and all the latest jargon to be had. I love to learn new things and I'm the kind of guy that if you have a passion for something i'll look it it up and learn about it so that I can have something to talk to you about.

Awee x3 no problem. So you are new too the fandom? Or did you just find out about the forms?
I've been an in the closet bear for a very long time. But now I'm kinda looking to connect with other furs and make some new friends I can be open about who I am with.
