No, I didn't just forget to put June and that's why I'm posting here. I'm in a bit of a predicament schedule-wise as I've picked up a house-sitting gig for June that'll let me stay there rent-free. Its made it a bit of a pain in the butt to find places for May, July and August though.
If anyone knows anywhere that's available in the $450 - $600 range and is willing to work something out for June (willing to pay partial rent to keep the place available for July or something), I'd love to hear about it. I'm not demanding but I need a modestly furnished room... bed & computer desk basically, since I didn't bring much from Ottawa with me. As well I'd like to stay in the Victoria area. Doesn't have to be downtown, but somewhere that I can get downtown easily by bus.
If anyone knows a place, or has a place, let me know ASAP. I've been bombarding the various real estate ads throughout Victoria, but figure putting something here couldn't hurt.
Is this for Victoria, or vancouver?
