Hey guys how meany fellow furs out there are paintballers that have there own paintball gun or just looooove going, i go when ever i have the money and the time because i find it exhilarating, the rush of going through the forrest and taking cover, communicating with your paintball buds to take out other team, trying not to get hit at all cost because you know it hurts, but funny thing is it hurts so good :-3
I was just wondering because i was thinking of maybe trying to get a furry paintball meet going for northshore paintball, and maybe if big enough group i can try to get a deal on the rentals or something, because a small group not getting eny deals, i was thinking around 10 people hopefully, i wouldn't expect it tho because paintballing IS expensive. :roll:

Lol first time i went I got shot soo many times and not to mention i scavenge for spilled paintball lol. I was like the ammo guy on my team and when I took shots it would always bounce off my suit

mrawrrrrr hun your not suposto pick paintballs off the ground, the refs will give you shit for it because when the paintballs fall, the seal can break on em making them expand and puff up, and also you can ocasionaly pick up a rock with the paintballs, and yaaa the refs realy wouldnt be happy with you, other than that ya :3 hehehe i would love for you to come when i finaly do make the meet some time this summer, i goto get some money first thow

it can be painful at closer rang, but usually the balls will hit your face mask, because your usualy only peaking around corners or over a log or dirt, startles you when paint hits your visor but ya

They had this thing over at one of the skytrain stations where paintball was 8$ per entry, make it a party of like 8 people(making a team) they would likely place your team against another's, complete random of course, but it would make it that much more the thrill to just take aim and fire off a few against the opposing team! So Ryluen I'd be down for this if it were to happen :D

I've got my own gun and all and used to go often with friends who had their own and we would just hike into the bush and play where ever but now we are into airsoft cause the guns and ammo are way cheaper, plus they are way more accurate and hurt less but they still sting :P oh and if any one is looking to buy a paintball gun I am selling mine.

I don't know really, I was hoping for about $250 for every thing but the absolute lowest I would go is $200, and ya I have pics of it, I actually just cleaned it the other day. Oh and it is a WGP Autococker, it's older but in good condition and shoots better then my friend's brand new gun. I'll send you pictures shortly.

Anyways, on an unrelated note, I totally support this initiative. I've never before gone paint-balling, but I've been to many a Lazer-tag match, and I can tell you I long for a chance to be a bit more hardcore out there in the thick of combat! Give me mortars or give me death! :evil:

They do have mortars in non-regulation play. They're dangerous, ill-conceived things that attempt to throw nearly useless paint grenades that Tippmann apparently markets as a ZOMG TACTICOOL thing to fourteen year olds. And they aren't worth a wad of spit.
They may not have mortars for paintball but they do for airsoft :P
Hey, odd question for you paintball-savvy furs: what's the best way to wash the clothes you've worn for games to get the paint off? Is rinsing the paint off before putting them in the wash a good idea? The hoodie I wore playing a few games Saturday took a few good hits, but I don't want to pitch it in with the rest of my wash without being sure the paint just won't get everywhere...
Better question: have any plan been finalized for when this group paintball excursion might occur? ???

The paint that's used isn't actual paint, it's made of food products and is completely water soluble, just make sure that it all gets taken off before you put it into the dryer or else it could get baked on. If its dried on I typically use a bucket off hot water and an old toothbrush to gently scrub it away. :3
So I don't quite know what happened with the whole paintball thing, however If anyone is still interested to go, I'd gladly join.
I have transportation and if given a weeks notice, Can almost 100% go.

I play at NSBP Fridays and Richmond indoor after work some Sundays. I have a Ego 11 with starwars lasering on it, or I will be using my TM-15 and TIPX.
