: Gaming server

I have, sitting here, a nice dual-core server that I picked up a few months back.  I got it with the intent of making it into a gaming server, but haven't gotten around to it yet.  That said, it's got more than enough hosepower to handle 2 different games with no problem.

So, that said, who's interested, and what kinds of games would you like to see?

The key's always available upload bandwidth, it seems... I've been starting to mess around with TF2 a bit, so that would be fun.  Not sure how many players you're talking, and I'm only familiar with FPS dedicated servers - not sure if there's RPGs or anything people would want to play..?

We have a pretty decent connection, so I don't think it would be too bad.

I was thinking of Neverwinter Nights for one of the servers.

yes, Download may be good, but its your upload speed you need to worry about when running a Gaming Server lol.

We have 1Mbit up.  As long as the servers aren't too huge, it shouldn't be an issue.
