Would love to if I had a car. $350 is unbelievably good, even for Slurrey.
If I lived on the mainland! But I don't. Good luck!
I'm soooo tempted...
I don't know if I can deal with moving again.
I'll need a place May through July, if I end up staying in BC to continue my grad work. But I won't know for sure until the end of March....
I can't afford more than $300 a month for rent anywhere. And I can't pay utilities or even for my own internet til I get on disability... >< Otherwise I wish I could move back to Surrey. The Dog house parties were always awesome.
You get to have some of my amazing baking goodies too! My Cinnamon buns are to die for. :)
If it wasn't for the Dogs I would be all over this. My cat cannot handle dogs... of any size.. it sucks but is so funny to see. Kitty goes FLUFF.

Fatawny, who passed away, use to beat up dogs...she would kill a dog if she was allowed. (She was a very small cat with a very big attitude). One time when I was living at the fur house called the Pound we were having a fur meet and someone brought their dog and I had to lock her away otherwise the pooch would be very, very...very...beat up... She even growled and wanted to chase the mail man a few times. Luckily she was an indoor cat XD
So tempted to look into it.
is the nearby bus the 501?
I'm lucky Bandit doesn't fight the dogs. He just gets really stressed out and scared. I don't even know if he would swipe at a dog. He doesn't even swipe at annoying 2 year olds.

No, not even close. Sorry :p
Your ad says "available to rent until the end of July". At the risk of sounding stupid, I'm going to ask what happens after that.
You know, I would be all over this. I'm desperately seeking a move to the mainland, and this might be a chance. Sadly though, my parents are in a dire financial situation at the moment so leaving home is not an option. The rent I pay them is partly what keeps them afloat.
If the situation changes though, I'm gonna be all over this like I dunno what. Though, as JaNathun said, what happens after the end of July?

everyone moves
Seriously? Wow... :o
Everyone moves together or...?
I am just curious. Not wanting to move to the mainland. XD
Free cake for those who apply. Maybe Cinnamon buns too! :D
Hrrrmm... I'm going to be lined up with work soon enough! I'm on disability, but the fact is it doesn't stop me from finding the odd job from time-to-time So I'm risking it in landscaping starting next week monday, I'm firstly completing my training courses! :D
But for 350$ sounds like a wicked deal! I don't have much since I'm couch surfing with a friend in north-van, but heck surrey is not a problem for me, would probably need some sense of direction how to get there though, but I did use to live on 146th street when I last lived in surrey!.. If possible we'll have too plan a look see of the room? pictures perhaps? Not sure if your still doing this, but I desperately need a place! x3

everyone moves
v).
I hope that's sarcasm.
If you're serious, then I can only find it mindboggling that the people living there are unwilling to pay $50/month more because they have an empty room for a couple of months.
Considering one of the terms for moving in is to have a job, $50/month is pretty small for someone working full time.
Hell, you would be very hard pressed to find a place for $400 or less a month (without it being a real dump).

LOL I think you misunderstand, we move regardless if we fill the room the lease is up in july. We have no issue with paying the extra amount if the room isnt filled. Very unlikely it will be filled being so close to july.
Why is everybody moving. Seems kinda pointless to have someone move in for two month only to move out again.
