I keep running into this error every time now no matter what I try it comes up with the following
No data received
Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
any ideas on what to do so I can upload a pic of my sona here?
I've noticed the same thing recently, while trying to upload a picture from photobooth unto here. ???
I don't think you can upload a photo directly from a webpage. You would have to download it to your computer first, then upload that saved image. (Or use the img tag.)
Actually I lied, the message I've been getting is different. Whenever I've tried to upload a picture from photobooth lately I've been getting the following message: "An Error Has Occurred!/The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator."
In the past attaching pictures to my post from photobooth has never been a problem. This message has only been appearing for the past couple of months or so. ???
I'm only assuming it's similar to what Choco is talking about. If it's a separate issue, pardon me for spamming the thread. :-X
I think you issue is different. If you are uploading to photobooth and hotlinking to the forums, then the data is stored on photobooth and not directly uploaded. The error you are getting is because your allotted space on photobooth is full, but that has nothing to do with BCF. You might want to check your account there first, see how much space you have left.
What if you are uploading a file directly from your computer onto the forums and the same message appears? It happened for me and I never got to post my Christmas card.

I've tried multiple browsers and multiple computers.....
I got the same message on both uploading from a site and uploading from a file on my computer and still haven't been able to add anymore pictures to my profile then just the one non furry one I got (wanted to add one to show what my sona looked like)
After reading Ren's other thread (http://www.bcfurries.com/forum/index.php?topic=4862.0 (http://www.bcfurries.com/forum/index.php?topic=4862.0)) I think I know the problem: the SERVER is full.
I think that the server has limited size folders for user image uploads and the galleries are hosted elsewhere on an unrestricted folder. The contents of the general attached images folder is now full, so Rat/Uni either need to change the upper limit, clean it out, or .... ? But I think this is actual a server issue.
