Something worth taking a look through.  : http://www.bcfurries.com/forum/index.php?topic=4441.0 (http://www.bcfurries.com/forum/index.php?topic=4441.0)

It covers a lot of 'being sad' or having a terrible mood.

I honestly find the main source of feeling depressed is stagnation.  If you live a life doing the same things again and again that you do for entertainment, it becomes less and less entertaining.  Get out of your comfort zone and try new things.  Meet new people and change a bit of yourself.  It doesn't have to be anything drastic; it just has to be something different. =)

Change is good. *nod*

Many of us cope with depression. It depends how you want to tackle the issue. I had some serious depression for a long time. I got myself a counselor where I would talk about my problems too. I later on managed to go on anti-depressents for a few months. I'm off them now and I feel better about myself. My advice, mental help is always the best. (it certainly helped me).

I figure alot of depression is connected to the activity of a person. Feel depressed, draw a picture, it can even be a little doodle. Something that will break the monotiny. If you want to start meeting people to get a boost of interaction just come some of the meets, like game night, to hang out and see other people. If you're more of a homebody then create. I like making new things and maybe it'll work with you. Start meeting people for coffee or just going for a walk around town. Most people the the fur fandom are really nice and love to meet and hangout with new people. Extend yourself and you'll most like find someone to have fun with.
