So I've got a Wacom Bamboo Pen, and I was wondering if there's a way to prevent excessive grindage of the pen nib.
I remember hearing something like Wrapping the tablet in plastic wrap or something...
anyway, before you say something like "don't push too hard" it's something I know I have to work on. But in the short term, it's kinda hard to change a habit like that.
Anyway, some help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
Is the tablet textured? I use an old one that is totally smooth and haven't seen a Bamboo in person so I don't know. If it is textured, then I would add something to the tablet to make the surface smooth, or change out the covering film (if it has it) to something smooth. I notice that my nibs last longer than my online friends who have more recent tablet versions than me... though mine still wear down faster than I'd like.
