Just talk about random shows or movies you live that nobody you know has even heard of, cause you might find somone to talk to about said media.
Biggest one of the week for me goes as follows:
Me: "hey lets watch The Pretender."
Friend: "Whats that?".
Me: "Its about a genius who helps people, he can pretend to be anyone and you'll believe him".
Friend: "Oh you mean that stupid show Macgyver"
Me: "..."

The kids these days do not know Friends, Frasier, Everybody Loves Raymond, That 70's Show or even Roseanne. I find that somewhat depressing. What does that say about today's comedy? :(
I doubt the our future generation would know anything about the Fresh Prince or Malcolm in the Middle.
When i see Breaking Bad while channel surfing all i can see when i look at the bald guy is the dad from Malcolm in the Middle XD

I don't mind them not knowing Malcom in The Middle so much. That show sucked. ;D

I actually clocked my average time watching cable per week, its less than half of my friends say theirs are, 2-3 hours of stuff like star trek voyager and discovery.
I haven't had cable since... 2009 or so? And then only because Shaw gave it to me free for six months. It got turned on precisely three times. Mythbusters, all three times. Last time I bothered to "voluntarily" have cable, I still had to have cable TV to have cable internet. That was back in 2004 or so. Shows how much I give a damn about the average crap on TV nowadays. I'd add Mythbusters to the thread topic, but I'm fairly sure Mythbusters isn't under-liked...
About the only thing on TV I watch now is: "The Big Bang Theory ". :birdy:

a younger guy at work lost respect for me when I knew the words to the power rangers song
I was like no my friend I've lost my respect for you and continued on with my doings
This is a half and half one, a bunch of people like the IronMan and Wolverine anime, but so many people are groaning and moaning about it. I like anything IronMan.
