Hey Kaji here.
Just putting out the word that I am looking for one person to move in for Febuary at the earliest. Right now, it's just me and two others.
The current place is located in Lougheed just a 5-10 min walk from Lougheed mall and the skytrain station and plenty of other shopping.
It's a 3 bedroom/3 story/2 bathroom townhouse with Lots of space. It must be kept clean and you must be ok with parties as I do host furmeets.
You must also have a job or, if not, must have enough to pay two months rent and must find a job within that time.
-The rent is 360$/mo
-In suite laundry
-There are 2 cats
-Bills are Hydro and Internet

I am definetly interested, but the problem is that August is far too early for me to move. mid-early october is the best I can do due to my current situation. If we could work around that, lemme know! but I'm sorry I can't move in any sooner.

No, still not yet, though having to wait till october means another expensive month of rent. I'll be trying to find someone to move in for Sept 1st. If no one then you may have your chance.

Yeah, I'd like to know too. The 'restrictions' are like... no problem at all. If I was looking for a place on the mainland, I would probably go for it.

It's closer to my work, but I'm in with Loial now, and I quite like living with the rudderbutt. If I wasn't, this would be an ideal place for me without the cats. Yeah. I'm a furry with cat allergies. Irony!
