MOVED! Thanks for all the help guys. That was the quickest move i've ever had o.O
now just to get settled and hope that things go well from here on out.
I know that the weekend is filled with stuff already for most people.
But i figure its best to post and ask either way.
As far as we know, were moving in Sunday, around dinner time. (4-5)
The Truck and Driver (my Step dad) Is moving his son then coming for us after.
Truck + Driver Aquired for Sunday
As per usual, All those who help out are welcome to food and drink. (possibly order in pizza and might buy a cake. Because we can. Have tons of booze available but be sure to have a planned ride! Joyce Skytrain is about a 10 minute walk away.) If we happen to grab some couches/futon from those who have offered them to us, we might have some space to crash if you want. Let us know if you need to crash before the day though. So we can make sure theres something for you to sleep on.
Please PM me for details.
I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but you are not going to get a uhaul. A friend of mine just went all over the lower mainland trying to get one of their vehicles, but everyone reserves them a week or so ahead of time because of how many people move on long weekends.
Your best bet right now would be to grab someone with their own vehicle, or be ready to consult with other companies, and start phoning them now, not tomorrow.

I know its last minute. (we didnt know we'd actually have a place until today.)
what other moving companies can you suggest? I honestly have only ever had to use Uhaul.
Also, as far as i know, wouldnt most places be closed at this hour?
I would look up Truck Rental on yellowpages.ca ...
There are some rental places that are open stupid late, and there are others with normal hours and 24 hour customer service.
As for suggestions... all of mine are in Langley.
Ah alright. -nods- Some of those companies might have locations around van as well.
But i'm looking as i do homework for tomorrows class.
So hopefully, i can grab something :/
Truck + Driver Acquired.
Awesome. You had me worried.
Ahah i was a bit worried myself. Since this is all so last minute i'm rushing around like a basket case trying to get everything done XD
