: puppy sitter?
: EmoFox June 24, 2011, 02:24:50 -06:00
so, due to certain people being douche bags and not keeping their promises unforeseen circumstances, I'm now short a dog sitter for when I eventually go in to the hospital and have this baby.

I was wondering if there are any dog lovers here who would like a companion for a day or so while we're in the hospital? Jesters will be staying with me to get some bonding time in with his second child before he has to run back to work.

My doctor is anticipating that I'll have had the baby before the 29th, so it's looking like it'll probably be this weekend. He's a sweet dog, but he gets separation anxiety and tears the house apart if left on his own for too long. If it were just a couple hours, I would just confine him, but it'll be at least a day and he'll need to be walked and fed, etc.

So if anyone's up for some puppy love, pm me or something. :3

I'd love to help out in taking care of the pup, but unfortunately I do live in an apartment and I already do have two cats of my own, though I can help also as a babysitter and a dogsitter if need be~ if you trust me enough too, that is, lol~ but yes, just let me know if and when you need me and if I'm available, you can definitely count me in for helping with this ~ ! :3

I would help but I cant do anything till monday, and even then I have no guarantees, I would need vet papers and such, my buildings rules are VERY strict, also the puppy would have to be about cat sized or smaller.

yeah, he's a standard sized american eskimo, so a bit bigger than a cat, :b
but I do have papers for all his shots etc.

thanks you guys, :3 i'll keep you updated, and in mind. <3 you rock.

Unfortunately I have no idea when this will happen. damn you spontaneous labour crap. doctor figured it'd be before the 29th, but i'm starting to lose hope on that. *sigh* oh well.

If it's just for a day and you can drop off in Burnaby we can take him.. He also can't be a yapper as that might make my neighbours grumpy. We have a 40 lb female belgian shepherd and she's really mild and shy- is your dog fixed? She's from a rescue and was force bred so really hates intact males. She gets 4 walks a day and your eskie is welcome along. x3
I'm assuming you haven't gone into labour yet! You must be so excited <3
PM me if this still applies and I can send you my phone number.

he's fixed and everything yes. but i probably wouldn't be able to drop him off as I'll likely be taking a taxi to the hospital as it is, n.n;;
he's only yappy if he's left alone. gotta love separation anxiety.

and no, still no baby for me, xp even my doctor was sure it was going to be last weekend, but here I am. :/
