The urge to be a major grammar nazi aside, that's pretty messed up.
Quiet sickening but seems to be a case of small communities not banding against a single cause. Some of the wells actually seemed to be in the backyards of the one complaining about there water, or it was there neighbors who leased there acreage. People have become dependant on these fuels and trying to alter that would mean alot of hastle for governments. Hopefully folks in Europe and Africa will take heed when handed a slip for thousands of dollars.
