I'm in pretty awful shape at the moment, and I'd like a buddy to work out with me while I try and get myself buff. I'm thinking a mutualvsupport relationship would be awesome - I keep you focused with encouragement, you di the same for me, etc.
Anyone down? I have a private pool, my own bike, and access to facilities.
well i've just been going for a jog/walk every day, but this could work, i'd be willing to give it a try.

That is bullshit about bike hurting your junk. if you crash you can hurt yourself, but normal riding is fine. But yes walking! where Abouts are you located?

I am in the Kerrisdale area. Like, fifteen minutes from the Oakridge Canada Line station. =D
Might be nice to do bikerides on sundays or something as well, will have to consult bike route maps and such though to see how workable it is since I'd have to come from New West

I would consider a workout buddy but every time I do this the other person does not commit to it.
3 times a week for about 2 hours This includes change time, cardio then focusing on set muscle groups for that day then maybe the sauna for a couple minutes.
I promise you after four weeks you will awesome.
I went to steve nash's fitness world last week to try them out. The price is right under 500 for 18 months.
Only catch is I live on the north shore and I don't want to fight an hour of traffic to get to the gym so id be looking for someone close to here.
