As always, weather prevents people in Vancouver from seeing it.
But, does anyone think there's more side effects of this event other than a 1cm higher tide?
you know just the other day i was looking at the moon thinking to myself "the moon looks much smaller tonight" maybe it was? and now because of that its bigger, or maybe i'm just seeing things
How exciting. :)
You guys want to get together and do something last minute?
you mean, like, me? and like right now?
I was thinking more tomorrow night. Where do you live roughly? :P
edit: Actually scratch that, I got nobody to watch the house and the dog.
vancouver, so too far for to do anything tonight anyways
and i have plans for tomorrow, and the next day
this thread is getting off topic
HEY GUYS LOOK AT THE AWESOME MOON :D
All I see are clouds. Waaaaaaah~!
the clouds are actually quite beautiful tonight, i'm not usually one for man made beauty, especially when said beauty is technically just light pollution, but i like the reddish twilight that is and was being cast over john hendry park while i was taking a walk tonight.
Thanks to my small town, ill be able to see it no problem =3
Wait, if it's a Super Full Moon, does that mean there are Super Werewolves?
That's what Clayton Morris (Fox News Host) tweeted:

I remember reading or hearing something about there being more car accidents on full moons. I'm guessing a few people couldn't help but look at it while driving.

people and animals always act differently on the full moon, so it'll be interesting to see what kind of things happen tonight because of it.
Also, the monthly skating thing is tonight anyway, :p wonder what sort of craziness will happen there? or at the after party for that matter.
Clear sky tonight... and I don't notice a size difference, but it is brighter! Maybe I will try to get a picture. It is right outside my bedroom window at the moment.

IWHBYD...
The moon was massive and very luminous from my friends porch last night. It's reflection off of the Georgia Straight was quite impressive too.
I took 2 photos:

Eh?
The only thing I got when I Googled that was "I Would Have Been Your Daddy"...
Anyway, I tried to get pics with my camera... but I am not a very good photographer:

"I would have been your daddy, but a dog beat me over the fence"
mediars comment reminded me of that phrase.

They were saying on the news yesterday, that the difference wouldn't be visible to the naked eye.

Ah. Yeah it only looked a wee smidge bigger, but that may have just been me knowing it was supposed to be bigger. It sure was bright though! I am glad the clouds went away so I could see it.
I really miss more old telescope >.< Love watching the stars.
P.S. Zenia, I hope you're thigh isn't too bruised :P
