Existentialism is a dangerous game to play, Sevi. Trust me on this one.

Also, sometimes I doubt that gravity exists, and that we're all just sticky.

This is a good time to mention the movie "The Truman Show"...

Why do you think I'm so negative all the time, Sevrin? I go through strange periods of introspection, like the feeling that this specific place and moment is all that really exists and everything that came before it is a dream and everything outside of it is a lie.

The only real way to solve it it to smoke a clove cig, which I just rediscovered. Go on, I know the risks, but It's the only way to shake free of the dying spiral of "I don't really exist, so what's the point of bettering myself/my lodgings/my possessions?"

This social handicap sucks like an old electrolux.

see, the way i deal with it is a little different, i don't despair because it seems nothing is real, it might be real it might not be, but i might as well go along with it anyways, getting depressed about it is pointless because there's nothing i can do to change it, its like my impending death, its gonna happen sooner or later, there's nothing to be done about it, why bother being sad about it.
instead i find reasons to be happy, like my new friends, and my fluffy hair, and the fact that my pants wont stay up as well as they used to.

Aww Sevi! I'm glad you have reasons to be happy! ^^

Until something proves otherwise, I'll accept my and others experience as more real than not real. Existentialism worked better when we didn't have an understanding of quantum mechanics and energy relationships.

I have my episodes where I feel like nothing is real and everything is just made up in my head and I'm stuck in a dream that I can't wake up from. And I'll start to freak out in a silent way and stay still and have a seizure. It's not cool. It's triggered by massive amounts of stress.

And that is why I avoid drugs like Salvia, cuz I'm afraid I'll have an episode and commit suicide as a way to escape the feeling.

Oi... Salvia isn't a recreational drug and anyone who says otherwise is craaazy  :birdy: .  Its a powerful shamanic trance tool and should only be used under guidance for a very specific purpose.

On a different note- if major stress is causing all these problems, why not take steps to alleviate said stress?  I know its not necessarily easy, but so many of our internal problems stem from our home/work environments, diet, social life and lack of proper exercise.  I'll be the first to admit that the world needs a shakeup... but there are also steps that individuals can take now to make their lives better.

Everything I want to fix in my life is currently unfixable. Most of it requires money, and a phone, and a job, and being able to go out places.

I dont really have a sense of nothing is real persay, just nothing is true.

I just had a brief moment where I doubted my existence then realized if I weren't existing then I couldn't have been made aware of the thought of my own existence. I then had a brief moment of doubting whether anything else was real, so I made some toast to see if that would help me out.

Yes.

Toast is real.
Toast and I: Both real.

I'm oddly comforted by that.

Make a list of all the reasons why you think nothing is real, study the list. You need to go into deeper understanding with the problems so you don't keep thinking the same and asking why over and over. I used to have really bad anxiety in middle school which would cause panic attacks, OCD and mass amounts of stress. I down know what life is ether but my guess is "What ever you want it to be" when we're gone we'll stay gone.
out of sight, out of mind. it's not too late,we have the rest of our lives.
