Hello!
We are a young, friendly, no-drug no-alcohol no-smoking healthy vegan couple looking for a basement suite or similar condition. We will be attending BCIT in Burnaby next October so the closer to the school the better... Surrey and etc. Will be considered if close to skytrain. I am currently a web designer and my partner is a full time student at Harbourside Institute of Technology.
-Max rent 700 with utilities
-Must allow well-trained dogs
-Must be near skytrain
-Please no mould/bugs ):
-Preferably separate entrance
-Laundry is nice..
We will definitely consider shared residence if we can have enough space for our desks. I am very into art and sculpture so I have both a web-design station and an art table. Colton has quite a bit of music equipment and a large music station. Everything he does is digital, mind you, and he doesn't make much noise at all. Other than that we are very low maintenance people and prefer to be in the great outdoors then cooped up at home so you probably won't hear much from us on warmer days.
We would like to have access to a yard but it isn't necessary. I would definitely pick up gardening chores if you have them!
I also have multitudes of experience with dogs, having worked as a dog bather and front desk for a dog nutrition store. We plan on rescuing a dog when we move but you can be assured that it will be a wonderfully trained animal in no time. That being said if you have a dog of your own I would more than gladly babysit/walk/do dog chores for you.
We are clean, quiet, somewhat shy but very mature people. I mentioned before that we are vegan but we are in no way pushy about it on other people. We are mostly raw vegan, if that means anything to you. (:
We love animals, music, good movies and video games. I (Dionne) am 18 and Colton is 20.
TL;DR
We're really mature students who are looking for a place near a skytrain that will let us have a dog.
