2 bedroom trailer OR 3 Bedroom House. We can have our choice. Though the cost of the house is 400 more than the trailer. (We would be fine with renting out the other 2 rooms which would bring the cost to $600 for each room.
Property is in Langley not on a bus route. However mediar commutes to Vancouver and so rides to the bus and picked up at night could be arranged.
Pets are allowed as long as they get along with our 2 dogs and cat. We also have a couple of caged animals as well.
Looking for people who dont smoke or smoke outside and clean up their butts. Would like people who are clean and dont like clutter. Having lived with my family who are pack rats we are trying to avoid people who have tons of stuff. We currently have no furniture so your own would be fine. And protective blankets could be put on them to keep them clean ect from our dogs.
A horse stall is available at an additional cost per month. You are responisble for the feeding cleaning and bedding of your own horse. Manure removal is included.
Looking for someone(s) who will pay their portion of the rent EVERY MONTH!
We are looking either for a single or couple to share the cost of the house and utilities. (Same gendered couples are just fine)
Your portion of the rent would be $750 plus 1/3 of the utilities. Unless your a couple then it would be 1/2 utilities. (Hydro is included in the rent) Your own food is your responsibility.
We are both furries and have the occasional friend come over for a weekend or so. You would be allowed the same.

After spending time with you two Mene and I would love to get a place with you but $750 is out of our price range right now since we are living off of savings. Also, its out in the country so I dunno how it work out for me and finding a job.
Well we are still looking at a couple of other places. So hopefully one of them will be in both of ours price range.
