I will possible be renting out one of my Rooms at my place. the Rent would be $400 Internet, Phone, Cable, Hydro and heat all included. Shared Washroom, Large Back yard.
Smoking ok But only outside,
No loud Noises as Upstairs is a working Family that have odd Hours, as well as next door, and myself as well but Im pretty easy going *its why they invented Ear plugs*
your only Bills would be to By your own Food.
Before I even rent out the room I would have to Meet with you. and interview you as well to give you a chance to see the Room and place before you choice yes or no.
No Laundry we head up the Road for that.
No Pets I would Love to have animals but its the landlords Rule for no pets. sorry
